Tool Kingpins Spend Millions To Defend Themselves Against Pyramid and Racketeering Allegations! IBO Aren't You Involved in Their Corruption?

It is fortunate that being a tool kingpin is such a lucrative affair because it takes millions of dollars to defend ones self from pyramid scheme and racketeering charges! This happens to be the current state of affairs that the Quixtar/Amway Global tool kingpins find themselves in. Seems that Alticor and these tool kingpins have been named in so many legal actions that I have a hard time wrapping my mind around the complexities these merchants of deceit must find themselves facing. For instance, one case: Pokorny et. al. Vs Quixtar et. al. Case Number C 07 0201 is just one of many suits that threatens the very existence of Quixtar and the money extracting pyramids of greed the kingpins operate. Pokorny sums up many of the corruption allegations I have described these kingpins of corruption of being involved in. The suit against the company and the kingpins can be read by clicking here. Remember that this is just one of many corruption suits being brought against these folk.

Recently Orrin Woodward, former Quixtar tool kingpin, left a comment on this blog that became subject of a August 20, 2008 post which can be read by clicking here. Orrin says, as a result of the cap MonaVie has placed on tool revenues, he made only two million dollars from his extensive Team “tool and function” business, ALL OF WHICH IS GOING TO PAY LEGAL FEES!

In the face of the profits Quixtar tool kingpin types realize from their money extracting pursuits, aren't lawyers actually reaping much of the ill gotten gain these corrupt dons rake in? I can't say I feel sorry for these crooked folk who deserve to be sitting at the defendant's table and who must dish out their cash to legal firms to keep their teat from being rolled through the legal wringer.

For distributors dreaming to be like these supposedly successful kingpins, IS THIS SOMEONE YOU WANT TO EMULATE? IBO, isn't this your money going into the hands of these merchants of deceit? Isn't it also your money that is going into the rat hole these lawyers represent? Wouldn't your money be better kept in your pocket rather than going to support large scale corruption? Shouldn't this be a moral issue for you also? You are funding corruption just the same way cocaine addicts fund corrupt Columbian drug lords!

The legal system has been described as grinding very slowly, but eventually juries will be sitting in judgment of these tool kingpin defendants. IBO, aren't these Juries also going to be indirectly sitting in judgment of you for supporting this corruption by your continual funneling of your money to these racketeering kingpins? Aren't you involving yourself in corruption? “Now You Know!”

Lawyers view these Quixtar executives and tool kingpin distributors as having deep pockets because of all the money they extract from you Mr. & Mrs. IBO. An ideal situation for them. There is much filthy lucre to be gained by lawyers on both sides of the numerous litigation that Amway and the tool kingpins are currently involved in no matter who is doing the suing and who is being sued! Everyone is a loser in these legal affairs except for the lawyers who will obviously come out on top in a bad situation for everyone else including you, the duped distributor. Is it any wonder Amway maintains such a high “Jay Factor” price on all its products? Amway wants to pass on all the cost of these legal proceedings onto their “independents” which become less “independent” when they have to saddle the cost of paying the Alticor lawyers as well as the tool scammer lawyers as well.

Amway Global Cult Intervention must urge people involved with these kingpin defendants to do the right thing and get out of the business of funneling money to these pyramid scheming racketeers; make a moral decision not to knowingly be involved with them. These kingpins are morally corrupt and people supporting them must also question their own involvement. Many times these kingpin distributors represent themselves as Christian businessmen, but in the face of what can be known about them and their operations, would a Christian really want to be involved with these merchants of deceit? Isn't greed at the heart of their perversion of faith, and do they not preach a different gospel?

The Death of a Quixtar Salesman. What Can Be Learned From a Modern Day Willy Loman?

There's nothing wrong with traditional capitalism nor with opportunity as it is for people to make what success they want out of their life here in these United States. I am always happy to hear that someone is making a successful go in their own pursuit, whether it be working, operating a equipment rental business, or whatever. Don't be deceived by Quixtar saying "their" business is really "yours." Their business has benefited them handsomely leaving in their wake thousands and thousands of believers who have lost.

What I see happening is that these dream selling con businesses intend to take away what people receive from their legitimate pursuits. These MLM scam businesses take from their distributor's day jobs/business. They promote a dream whereby people send their hard earned money to someone else in exchange for pursuit of a nearly unobtainable dream.

Amway has been in business for nearly half a century and has enriched itself along with a relative handful of top of the pyramid kingpins while leaving nearly all the rest involved having contributed and in the end having lost money and time. They may have their over priced consumables along with a closet full of tapes to market on eBay when it finally all comes to an end, as it usually does with these pyramid schemes.

As bad a risk that the stock market may present, it is by far and away a better potential investment than feeding your green backs down a MLM rat hole whether it be Quixtar, MonaVie, Mary Kay, or any other pyramid scheming operation. It is best to be very very skeptical of an investment in time and money that has such an incredibly bad track record for return.

Propaganda from these MLM tool kingpin weasels and their motivational organizations merely "talk the talk" but do not really "walk the walk"! Their assurances and promises should not be viewed as an absolute guarantee like many people believe them to be! Folks have flushed billions into the coffers of these con men supported pyramid schemes, and many believers have passed from this life having never attained the golden ring on the Amway merry go round to success where distributors endlessly go round and round.

Recently a Quixtar devotee and immediate up line to distributors I know of suddenly died having spent over a decade showing the plan and believing in first Amway and then Quixtar without ever achieving even the first major rung on the Quixtar ladder of success: platinum. Sadly, it became a tearful real life situation reminding me of the Arthur Miller Play "Death of a Salesman" which portrayed the experience of one Willy Loman. May this man's untimely passing serve as a reminder about the deceptions of Quixtar and how truly difficult success in this cult business is to actually achieve.

As an investment, Amway is absolute insanity! You throw money at these tool kingpins (like Orrin Woodward, Greg Duncan, Dexter Yager, and Ron Puryear) and the product company they represent believing in the deceptions of success they weave thereby making you a victim of self deception for which in the end you can only blame yourself. You are being lied to and in the face of what I am telling you, will probably choose to believe their deceptions and not me.

People investing thousands and thousands of dollars from year to year could many times retire early and enjoy the beaches, but in the end find themselves working until retirement after following this Quixtar god and end up blaming themselves for their Quixtar failure instead of the "system" which worked to make others successful, but in the end did not work for them no matter how much they believed and worked it.

For those that manage some degree of stage walking success, will it be worth it to basically get there on the backs of so many other people's loss? Shouldn't this become a moral issue for you and for the present group of motivational leaders who preach the message of greed? You don't want to fall into the category of people that P.T. Barnum described and make yourself victim to these dream weaving liars. Their so called success cult is anything but!

My views come from my heart. Many years from now, you might recall that I said them and wish that you had really listened. What do I have to gain? I am not trying to sell you on anything but the truth put upon my heart to speak. Unlike Orrin and the rest, I am not selling, but giving away freely. Are you going to believe someone who tells you something from the heart or believe someone who tells you something motivated by a different agenda: greed? I may not be around much longer to deliver this true message of hope, so it is critical that you hear it now! My loved is torn by the business cult but other families can avoid a similar situation. I pour my heart out feeling that I've said all that I can say.

More Dirty Little Secrets of Their Little Quixtar Cult

The wonderful soap selling neighbors you like to laugh about are really a cult. I've tried to tell everyone but no one would listen to me. Dirty Little Secrets of Their Little Quixtar Cult continues with the Tool Kingpin Story of Woe and Greed and continues with a description of the abuse of the down line cult by the tool scam.

Younglings are the tender carrion that the tool kingpin vultures loves to dine on. They are the most coveted carrion by the turkey buzzard vulture and all their minion in the cult as I've described as the baby vultures.

Big Hat tells me that people are scared of cults. I believe that is true but they also need to be more scared of the Vultures at the heart of the cult. Quixtar Cult Intervention is a scary place for people believing in a cult. Big Hat says I should stay away from cult issues because I will have a cult following. Thank you big hat for the information. Now I know what it is like to be Glen Beck?

I guess you might say that the dirty little secrets of their little Quixtar cult are no longer secrets Big Hat? The tool kingpin, Orrin Woodward, formerly Quixtar (same position) has revealed that the dirty little secrets of their little Quixtar cult are true. I didn't say it here first did I? Oh, maybe I did.

Tool Scammers, who needs them? A commenter on my blog said something that was so true and precise, I want to include it here:

***************************************************

He, and probably you, agree there is a tool scam, but do not:

1. Understand the significance of it

It has cost IBOs sometimes tens of thousands of dollars in expenses for no benefit whatsoever. It has created a tool selling pyramid rather than a product selling pyramid. It convinced IBOs that they could make a profit buying their own products in order to make the PV/BV circles look like they are working. Amway knows this and has moved almost exclusively to marketing products to IBOs - the only consumers of those products. The Amway 'media campaign' is only to protect the name of the company and keep IBOs from jumping ship - it has nothing to do with introducing Amway products to the general population. The AMOs have structured 'training and support' systems so that they are the same as cults. Those people stuck in those AMOs act just like cultists.

***********************************************

Porkchopjim. I think I've already said this, but you say it very well. You aren't telling any dirty little secrets of their cult, but you sum up what is known very well. You shed light onto what most people might not believe to be a cult, but truly is. People have been believing little by little. There is a poll to the left which asks people if the motivational organizations (ran by the KINGPINS) operate the business cult?. I notice that the early results are in and they look good for the MO s cult!

Orrin Woodward is a shoe in for Tool Kingpin in my second poll! Why I ran the poll is to show the stupidity of some people for believing in these people. These Kingpins are vultures. Wake up you sleepy heads. You can do something about it, stop providing carrion to these TOOL SCAM vultures.

The little secret of the cult people living next door is that they are the real victims in this tale of woe. They are the people holding onto the beliefs. They hold the magic beans. These beans they've paid a precious price for but do not sprout a beanstalk to the giant kingpin's riches.

I've been investigating a story where Quixtar parents were charged with child abuse for leaving their children home alone while they were out showing the plan and wining and dining some prospects.

It is amazing some of the sandcastles these other people are building on other pro-Amway web sites. These people cannot be in their right mind. That is another dirty little secret of their little Quixtar cult: They are all insane. Quixtar sucks, Amway sucks, Woodward sucks, MonaVie sucks, Direct Selling Association sucks, the Better Business Bureau sucks, the FTC sucks, the politicians suck; the list could just keep getting longer.

Big Hat is always ready to reveal a few more secrets, so I'll keep listening for the dirtiest littlest tidbits about their Quixtar cult; you never know what may be revealed next.

Amway Global Cult Intervention serves to enlighten people lost in the darkness of the business cult. Bring understanding to a situation where people have labored under self delusion and are now ready to find help in a dire situation. Cults after all aren't a good thing, and being involved in one is definitely not.
